The Problem
Wellbots possessed a robust customer service team and supply chain but suffered from an ineffective email system. After disappointing experiences with other agencies, they sought a dedicated team to revitalize their email system and unlock its full potential. Their email marketing, relying on basic Klaviyo flows and outdated designs, contributed just 12% to their revenue. Key Strategies
Identifying and prioritizing product categories by sales volume was our first step, focusing on high-demand items like power stations and pool cleaners. We implemented advanced category-based splits across key flows and campaigns, ensuring content relevance and engagement.

We applied similar strategic depth to the browse abandonment and cart flows, employing best-seller prioritization and rigorous split-testing to enhance engagement and conversions.
